We have 2 golden doodles which means paying anywhere from $70-$100 every 2-3 months for grooming. I’ve groomed each of them once and I am in love. I usually have to stop and charge it about 2 hours in, but you can also just plug it in while you are using it so it doesn’t slow you down. The comb is my favorite to use on doodles and the super nice scissors are really nice and sharp for good shaping of their faces and paws!
I bought this dog grooming set because the coronavirus required the dog groomer businesses in our area to close. I have never groomed a dog before this and not even watched how it is done. I found it quite easy with the cordless trimmer and attachments to trim my adult standard poodle’s winter cut down to a spring cut. The result may not look professionally perfect, but my family considers the result to look quite good. I rate the set as high quality.
Received quickly. Everything was as described. I have a Golden Retriever and wanted to give her a summer-ish cut. I used the 12mm guard. It goes on and comes off without too much pressure, but is tight enough it won't come off during use. The blade speed is easy to change. They aren't as quiet as I thought they might be, but they weren't that loud either. The noise didn't seem to bother my dog at all. This was my first time to use this type of product and I did an ok job. Definitely not getting a groomer's job anytime soon!!! But the clippers worked as expected.
I’m starting out slowly with these clippers but my initial use was easy and the noise didn’t bother my dog. Because of COVID19, groomers are closed and my Pomeranian was getting a bit messy. These are helping me make it through until the groomers open back up. And eventually, maybe I can skip the groomers and handle the grooming myself. Saving $$$!
I have a maltepoo and a malti-zu. Both of which are very hairy and very expensive to get groomed. I purchased these clippers and they worked soooooo well. This a great buy. I have no complaints. My dogs look and I'm sure feel so much better. They didn't fight me either, which I was worried about. They both let me cut their hair, which I'm sure means that they weren't scared of the clippers. I am so happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone. The shears and the nail clippers came in handy too and you don't have to be a pro to use these. It's dummy proof lol
