Customer service from Daisy was good the young lady was very tolerant dealing with my problem . I had tried setting up the repeater by myself ; I recommend anyone who needs the repeater call customer service for help. Rather than using the repeater I purchased a new monitor and set the backyard system in the south bedroom and the front system in the north bedroom. That fixed the reception problem but the repeater was still causing the #7 camera to disconnect by itself . Ms Daisy helped me turn off the repeater by just clicking the number and pressing save . I caught a kid stealing my Beto O'Rourke sign I can only hope that's the only crime that happens; I had four cameras in the past that was not enough , my next door neighbor broke into my property, home & tool room going around my 4 cameras, that cost me around $15,000.00 so the cameras cost are negligible. The images are good at 1080P I also setup my smart phone and computers to view my home when I'm away. This is a mid-range system and worth the price I prefer cameras over windows my neighbor also broke a window to gain access to my house, sometimes I just watch the video from my recliner it's like sitting on a porch .
This system works very well and the service was timely and efficient at helping us link multiple mobile devices. We would highly recommend this to others.
Product is excellent for the price. I have it installed all over my house and it never lose the WiFi signal. Customer service is very professional and Helpful. Sope to Daisy in reference to lost password and she assisted my all the way and make sure I was able to log in. I highly recommend this product for home or small business.
Really easy to install. Customer Support is great. I haven't bought any camera systems before so I don't have any expectations. The only thing is that the software is a little cumbersome when you try to playback. But it works!Update 9/19/2019All cameras still work! The customer service is great! And I’ve learned to use the software after just a few uses! i brought my rating up from 4 stars to 5 stars
