If you can use a screwdriver you can install this thermostat. The online instructions literally walk you through every step of the way. Once installed, the mobile app is very simple and easy to use. I have 4 heating/cooling units at my business and bought 1of these to see if it worked. I will be buying more to replace the other 3 so I can monitor and control my heating/cooling costs from my phone. I also bought the clear plastic lock box to install over it so employees could not fiddle with the temp.
