This is the best camera system I have had yet. They don't lie plug and play and they connect automatically and u can place them wearever u like alrdy went and bought 2 more u can have up to 8 and will prob get them all lol. Good quality, easy to figure out reqi d choose what day and time u want to see. Really impressed
Absolutely love this product. It was very easy to set up. As per the video documentation it was spot on. Additionally, the Mobile App feature is excellent. Mounting the cameras was very painless and I was very impressed as the package had already included an HDMI cable for a monitor, a mouse, as well as, the CAT 5 cable needed to hardwire to my homes Internet Modem. The overall menu features were very easy to work with and to configure.After about a month, the hard drive had failed and the support team was awesome, as they had shipped me out a new hard drive with no additional cost. Extremely satisfied.
I bought 3 of these systems ranging from 4 to 8 cameras with hard drives. This 4 camera system I used indoor and reception was not an issue. The other outdoor systems with reception at 45 to 50' away through a standard wood siding home. The reception was terrible and Johnny did his best to give some ideas. I bought 3 IPC routers to help solve this signal reception issue for outdoor cameras.For the money it is a well built system and dose as described. Hopefully you cameras will be close enough to the hard drive for decent reception. Any wall in the way cuts transmission of the signal significantly. Plan on buying IPC routers for those cameras and using a camera with good reception as a repeater for a camera with limited reception.
Had fast response to pre sale questions. Had system up and running in an hour with visible pictures on TV, PC, and android phone. I love the wireless cameras, no need to run cable from camera to DVR. Cameras on both ends of house connect with clear HD pictures. You do have to wire a small DC power cable to camera, make sure to order extension cable if long distance. Any questions after delivery were answered within hours. I think this is a great value for the money, and high quality product. I love the clear night vision. I had one camera fog up and they shipped another immediately 2nd day Prime no charge. So their support after sale is great,any questions about how to do things were answered right away.
Just received and installed this system. Was super easy to install and easy to navigate through the software. Was able to set up motion detection. Microphones pick up sound pretty good and picture is real clear both night and day. Also, setting up to view from work and Iphone was a breeze. If you follow the instructions in the book, you will have no problems. There was only 1 small change I had to make. The screws to mount the camera's are too small. Had to use longer stronger deck screws. Johnny responded fast to a couple of questions I had. I would and will recommend this system to friends, already have!!!
