The information available on how to use the product is limited. I am good with computers but those who are not may struggle some. This video quality is very good for the price. Overall the system is easy to install, as far as getting the cameras up and recording. The built in 1TB Hard Drive is great! Most camera systems around this price want you to spend an extra 30-100 dollars on buying a hard drive separately. The app has worked great for me. With a mobile device one can pull it up anywhere to watch all of the cameras and/or utilize the playback feature. They did forget to send my gift. After sending an email they are sending me 4 additional 60ft set of cables. Just be sure to email them through if you have an issue.Overall update the instructions and product features some. The small disk that comes with the system needs to be a larger CD disk. Most computers dont support the smaller ones anymore.

Purchased this system a few days ago and once it came i popped it right out the box and did a "item quality" video. I have installed a few of these CCTV systems in a few of my clients homes and office so i’m pretty familiar with a lot of the different brands. At first glance i was impressed with the adjustable weather shield over the lens and the aluminum body. Physical appearance was very attractive because few systems on the market have both these options. Hook up was strait forward and only took me a couple minutes. Even a beginner can hook this up fairly easily given the strait forward directions. Once i had everything hooked up i was very satisfied with the picture quality. The video feed was within milli seconds of camera movement which is great for capturing instant movements around the area you’re videoing. They’re a lot of systems on the market that have a very noticeable delay with catching movement but Rraycon got it right. I give the system 5 stars not only for its overall quality and functionality but because with a price tag of only $199 this blow a lot of systems out the water.

I bought this system for my home in the Philippines, but was worried that it would not work with the 220 volt circuits that are in my house. The installation was relatively easy and was compatible with the 110/220v systems I have in the house.. I will be increasing the camera count in a couple of months due to the house being expanded and need to have eyes on the pool and interior of the house while I am away from the location.. Over all, out of a rating of 10, I would give it a 12
